This website is published by Dubaldo Collection, a brand operated by VIE ESCAPE HOLIDAY HOMES L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The collection is not yet operating
Dubaldo Collection is currently curating its first residences. No residences are presently available to book, and nothing on this site is an offer to let a property or an invitation to make a reservation. Descriptions of the standard, of how a residence is operated and of the reporting an owner receives describe how the collection is intended to work. They are statements of approach, not guarantees of a service that is running today.
Nothing here is a contract
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to accept a residence into the collection, or advice of any kind, whether financial, legal, tax or investment. Any arrangement with an owner is set out in a separate written agreement, and only that agreement binds either party.
Photography
Photographs on this site illustrate the standard the collection is built around. Except where a residence is expressly identified, images are illustrative and do not depict properties currently operated by Dubaldo Collection.
Press archive
The articles reproduced in the press section were written by Alessandro D’Ubaldo and published in Property Weekly and Gulf News. They are reproduced here as a record of his work. They date from 2005 and 2006, and the market conditions, figures and regulations they describe are of their time and should not be relied on today.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
