Owner access

You will see everything your property does.

Handing a residence to an operator should not mean losing sight of it. Owners in the collection will have their own access, with the same figures we work from.

Nothing will be summarised for you, and nothing will wait until the end of the quarter.

What you see

The account, the calendar and the condition.

Statements and revenue

Every booking, the rate achieved, commissions and net due to you. Statements will be itemised rather than aggregated, so the arithmetic is always visible.

Occupancy and rate

Nights booked, nights held, average daily rate and how the residence is performing through the season rather than only at year end.

The calendar

Confirmed stays and forward bookings, and the ability to hold dates for your own use within the agreed allowance. The residence remains yours, and the calendar will reflect that first.

Condition and maintenance

Inspection records between stays, work carried out, anything flagged, and planned refurbishment. The maintenance history of the residence, kept rather than remembered.

The principle

Reporting you do not have to ask for.

Most owners who have let a property before know the pattern: figures arrive late, arrive rounded, or arrive only when chased. That is usually a sign the operator would rather you did not look closely.

A collection this size has nothing to hide behind. You will have the numbers, and you will have Alessandro directly.

Access opens with your first statement

Owner access is being built now and opens with the first residence to join the collection. Until then, this page describes what an owner will receive rather than a service running today. If you own a property in Dubai and want to see how it would be reported on, that conversation starts on the For Owners page.
