Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
Dubaldo Collection is a hospitality brand operated by VIE ESCAPE HOLIDAY HOMES L.L.C., based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Alessandro D’Ubaldo is the person responsible for the information you send, and the only person who reads it. Questions about this policy, or about information you have already sent, go to email us.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that is your name, your email address, the location of your property, the nature of your enquiry, and any message you choose to write. There is no account to create, and nothing is collected from you passively beyond what your browser sends to any website.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking.
Why we hold it
Principally to reply to you and to continue a conversation you have started.
We also keep two small lists, and we are explicit about both.
If you enquire as an owner
Your enquiry is answered personally. We may also write to you from time to time about the collection: residences that have joined, what we are working on, and how the standard is being held. No more than monthly.
If a residence of yours joins the collection, we will correspond with you about that residence for as long as the arrangement continues, because that is the arrangement. When it ends, we stop, unless you have asked to keep hearing from us.
If you ask to hear about stays
Registering on the reservations page places you on a list of people who have asked to be told when the collection opens. We will write then, and from time to time afterwards as residences join. No more than monthly.
In both cases
Every message carries a way to unsubscribe, and a reply asking us to stop is equally effective. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own purposes. We do not profile you, and nothing we send is triggered automatically by your behaviour.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, Inc., a form-handling service in the United States, which passes the message to our email and retains a temporary copy. Their privacy terms are published at formspree.io. Email is hosted by Porkbun LLC. Website hosting is also provided by Porkbun LLC. No other party receives your information.
Because these providers are outside the UAE and outside the European Economic Area, information you send may be processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. If you are on one of the lists above, we keep your name and email until you ask us to stop, or until the arrangement that put you there has ended. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop writing to you, or ask us to stop using your details altogether. Write to the address above and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect. This version is dated 27 July 2026.
