Your preferences are captured ahead of time, and the residence is readied around them. The refreshments you actually drink. Music, scent and light considered before the door opens.
Arrival is personal. You are welcomed by someone who is expecting you, not by a code and a lockbox.
Throughout the stay, concierge, housekeeping and transport are there when you want them and invisible when you do not. When something is needed, a person answers.
The residence is looked after every few days by the same person, someone who knows it. The house is attended to without ever ceasing to be yours.
